The Canoga-Owensmouth Historical Society works to save the history of the area surrounding Canoga and Owensmouth in Los Angeles. A number of residents who care about their community started the Society back in 1953. Our work has been recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) non-profit, meaning all donations are tax deductible, and we have a Board of Directors to guide us. The public is welcome to come explore our historic building located in Canoga Park that houses much of what we’ve collected over the years.
